Hello, I am a counsellor based in Montreal. Here you will find out what you can expect while working with me. My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth, and I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can be fully yourself, feel understood, and also leave with something useful. To achieve this, I use an integrative approach that blends Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems-informed work, attachment-based perspectives, mindfulness, and practical tools for everyday life. Together, we’ll explore how past experiences may be shaping current patterns in the way you think, feel, relate, and respond to stress. We’ll also focus on what is happening in the present, building strategies that help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself. I often work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, stress, depression, perfectionism, burnout, grief, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, and periods of feeling stuck or overwhelmed. Many of my clients are insightful people who understand themselves on some level, but want support turning that insight into meaningful change. Sessions are tailored to you. Some days that may look like processing emotions and making sense of patterns, while other days it may mean learning practical tools, challenging unhelpful thoughts, improving boundaries, or finding ways to move forward with more clarity and self-compassion.

Services are offered in accordance with provincial regulations. 

Therapeutic services are offered in accordance with professional regulations that apply to the client’s location. For clients residing in Ontario, services are provided as psychotherapy by a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). For clients residing in Québec, services are offered as counselling or naturotherapy and are not considered psychotherapy under Québec regulations. Regardless of location, all sessions are delivered using evidence-informed approaches and in line with professional and ethical standards.

Together, we can unpack the patterns, habits, and thoughts that leave you feeling stuck — and begin building new ways to approach challenges with confidence and self-compassion.
