Christyn Greczkowski, M.A., GrDip., - Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), Canadian Certified Counsellor 

Christyn works with teens and adults age 14 to 40 who are looking to understand themselves on a deeper level, and learn tools to help with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and more. Christyn's clients often tell her they appreciate her mix of warmth, curiosity, and realness. Together, you'll look at what’s beneath the surface, while also focusing on the small shifts that can help you feel lighter, calmer, and more confident day-to-day.

 

Sessions are offered virtually so that you may connect from the comfort of your own space.

How I work

Christyn's approach is compassionate and practical — She listens deeply, ask questions that help you see things differently, and share tools you can use in everyday life. Therapy with Christyn includes drawing from therapies like Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, mindfulness, and psychodynamic approaches. 

All sessions are held virtually, so you can connect from the comfort of your home or wherever you feel most at ease.
