My name is Christyn Greczkowski, and I’m a therapist based in Montreal, supporting clients primarily in Quebec and Ontario through virtual sessions. I’ve always known I wanted to work in mental health, and I feel genuinely privileged to connect with people during some of the most challenging, vulnerable, and transformative moments in their lives.

 

I believe meaningful support begins with a strong, trusting relationship. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in creating a space where you feel safe to be yourself, speak openly, and explore what’s going on beneath the surface with compassion, curiosity, and patience.​

My approach draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic and attachment-based perspectives, mindfulness, self-compassion work, and practical tools that can support change in everyday life. Together, we may explore how past experiences are shaping current patterns, while also building strategies to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected in the present.

Who do I support?

I often support teens and adults navigating anxiety, stress, depression, burnout, perfectionism, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, grief, life transitions, and periods of feeling stuck or overwhelmed. Many of my clients are thoughtful, insightful people who understand themselves on one level, but are looking for support in creating lasting change.
